Harshal Patel finished as the standout bowler for RCB with figures of 3 for 33 against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Match 52 to complete 29 wickets in Indian Premier League 2021 and better Jasprit Bumrah’s record for the most scalps in a season of the IPL.Harshal dismissed Kane Williamson (31), Wriddhiman Saha (10) and Holder (16) to lead the exclusive list. Bumrah had held the previous record with 27 wickets last season for the Mumbai Indians.Harshal has already bagged a hat-trick and a five-wicket haul in this season, feats which haven’t been achieved by any other bowler in the season.
